suyu Platform Privacy Notice

This page describes what we collect when you use suyu and how we keep that data protected. We process personal information—email, identity documents, payment details, and gameplay history—to deliver account services, process deposits and withdrawals, verify your identity, and resolve disputes. Our commitment is to handle your data transparently, secure it against unauthorised access, and respect your rights over your own information.

We at suyu operate under jurisdiction-restricted access guidelines. Your data is stored on servers that may sit outside your home jurisdiction, but we apply consistent security standards regardless of location. When you join suyu, you acknowledge that we collect and process data as described in this notice.

This notice covers what information we gather, who we share it with, how long we retain it, and how you can exercise your rights. If you have questions about your data or wish to request access, deletion, or correction, contact our team via the channels listed below.

What Data We Collect on suyu

We collect your email address, chosen password, and personal details (full name, date of birth, phone number) when you register. During identity verification, we request and store your national ID card, passport, or driver's licence number, plus a proof-of-address document (utility bill, bank statement, or government letter). We retain digital copies of these documents and the extracted information indefinitely—they are essential to compliance and account recovery.

Payment information is collected when you make a deposit or request a withdrawal. If you use DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, or e-wallet, we record your e-wallet identifier and transaction history. If you use mobile banking, local payment, online payment, or e-wallet bank transfers, we log your account holder name, account number, and transaction details. We do not store your password or PIN—only the payment method itself and the outcome of each transaction.

Gameplay data is logged automatically: every bet you place, every game result, every withdrawal request, and every account login. We track IP addresses, device types, browser information, and geographical location (derived from IP). This data helps us detect fraud, enforce account security, and resolve disputes when players question settlement outcomes.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties

We may share data with payment processors, fraud-detection partners, and legal authorities (if required by law), but we do not monetise your information or sell it to advertisers or data brokers.

How We Use Your Information

We use your data for account management—verifying your identity, processing deposits, reviewing withdrawal requests, and resolving login or account-recovery issues. Your email is used for account notifications, promotional offers (which you can opt out of), and support responses. Your phone number may be used for two-factor authentication or urgent account security alerts.

Gameplay and transaction data are analysed to detect suspicious activity. If we notice unusual patterns—such as rapid deposits and immediate withdrawals, or bets from different geographic locations in quick succession—we may flag your account for review. This protects both you and suyu from fraud and money-laundering risks.

We also use aggregated, anonymised data to improve our platform. We study which payment methods are most popular (mobile banking vs local payment vs bank transfers), which games attract the most players, and which support channels resolve issues fastest. This analysis does not identify you individually—it guides product development and service improvements across suyu.

Third-Party Processors & Data Sharing

We share your payment information with payment processors—the e-wallet providers and banks that facilitate deposits and withdrawals. These partners require your account details to credit or debit your account. We also share transaction records with fraud-detection services to verify that your deposits originate from legitimate sources and that withdrawal destinations match your identity.

Identity verification is sometimes outsourced to third-party KYC (Know Your Customer) providers who scan your documents using automated systems. These providers store only a verification result ("approved" or "rejected") and do not retain copies of your documents longer than necessary for compliance.

We may disclose your information to law-enforcement agencies, government regulators, or courts if legally required. If Indonesian authorities or your local jurisdiction's legal system requests account information related to a suyu user, we will comply with valid legal orders. We do not resist such requests, nor do we notify you in advance if disclosure is compulsory.

Data Retention & Your Rights on suyu

We retain your account information (email, password hash, personal details) for as long as your account remains active and for a reasonable period afterward (typically several years) to comply with anti-money-laundering regulations. Identity documents and payment records are retained indefinitely because they are critical to account recovery and dispute resolution.

Gameplay and transaction logs are kept for a minimum of five years, in line with financial-services regulations. If you request account deletion, we will remove your email and password but retain anonymised transaction records for compliance purposes.

We at suyu believe transparency in data handling builds trust. You have the right to know what we collect, who we share it with, and how long we keep it.

suyu Data Privacy Team

You have the right to request access to all personal data we hold about you. Contact our support team with proof of identity (email confirmation or ID document), and we will provide a copy of your records. You also have the right to request correction of inaccurate information—for example, if your name or address is misspelled in our system.

Deletion requests are more complex. We can delete optional data (such as your phone number) immediately. However, we cannot delete core account information (email, identity verification) because they are essential to account security and regulatory compliance. We may delete gameplay history upon request if you have no pending withdrawals or disputes, but we will retain transaction records for the full retention period required by law.

Cookies & Tracking Technologies

We use cookies to store your login session and remember your preferences (such as language setting). These cookies are essential to platform functionality—without them, you would log out after every page refresh. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising or behavioural analysis across other websites.

Our servers may log your IP address, browser type, and device operating system. This information helps us identify technical issues, optimise page load times for users in Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, and other regions, and detect unauthorised access attempts.

Security & Data Protection Measures

We apply industry-standard encryption to protect your data in transit—HTTPS protocols secure all communication between your device and suyu's servers. Payment information is encrypted and stored in secure vaults that are regularly audited. We restrict employee access to personal data and monitor for unusual activity.

Despite these measures, no data system is entirely risk-free. If we detect a data breach affecting your account, we will notify you via email and in-app message. You should immediately change your password and contact our support team if you suspect unauthorised access.

Jurisdiction & Your Data Rights

suyu services are available only where applicable law permits. Your data may be processed by servers located outside your home country. By using suyu, you consent to cross-border data processing. We apply the same privacy standards to all users, regardless of location. If local law grants you additional rights (such as the right to data portability or automated decision-making explanation), we will honour those rights.

If you believe we have violated your privacy rights, you may contact our support team or lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority. We will investigate complaints and respond within a reasonable timeframe.

Contact & Data Subject Requests

To request access to your data, file a complaint, or exercise any other privacy right, contact our support team via live chat, in-app messaging, or email. Provide your account email address and a brief description of your request. Our team will respond within a standard review window and guide you through the process.

This privacy notice may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Your continued use of suyu after such notification means you accept the updated notice. If you disagree with changes, you may close your account.
