How suyu Mobile Verification Works
When you open a suyu account, our verification engine requests identity documents—a national ID card, passport, or driver's licence—and a proof of residence (utility bill, bank statement, or government letter). You capture these documents on your mobile device, crop them to frame the essential details clearly, and upload them directly via the app or web interface.
Our system scans each upload for legibility, expiry date, and compliance with the document standard. If the image is too dark, blurred, or partially out of frame, our review team flags it and requests a resubmission. Once approved, your account unlocks for deposits and withdrawals.
Verification typically completes within a standard review window once documents are submitted. Our team in Jakarta and regional offices reviews submissions in batches, prioritising legible scans and matching names across all documents. If your identity passes our checks, your account status updates to "verified" and you can proceed with deposits.
For users in Surabaya, Bandung, Medan, Semarang, and Yogyakarta, the same verification protocol applies—geographic location does not affect review timelines or document requirements. All submissions flow through our central KYC hub, ensuring consistency.
Document Requirements & Image Quality
We accept the following identity documents on suyu:
- National ID (KTP): Front and back, full-colour, clearly visible text and photo.
- Passport: Front cover and personal details page, unobstructed by glare or reflection.
- Driver's Licence: Front and back, all security features and information legible.
Proof of residence must show your full name and current address, issued within the last three months. Accepted documents include:
- Utility bill (water, electricity, gas).
- Bank statement from a recognised Indonesian bank (BCA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment).
- Government-issued letter (tax document, residency certificate).
Keep images online paymentght and flat
Position documents under natural light, avoid shadows and glare, and use a flat surface so the camera captures the entire page in sharp focus. Blurry or partially out-of-frame images trigger resubmission requests.
When uploading, crop the image so the document fills most of the frame—do not include excess background. Our automated pre-check scans for expiry dates, tamper signs, and text legibility. If a document has expired, we will reject it and ask for a current replacement.
Verification Timeline & Status Tracking
After you submit documents via suyu mobile verification, your account enters a review queue. Our KYC team processes submissions in order, prioritising complete document sets over partial uploads.
-
1
Document submissionStep 1
You upload identity and proof-of-residence documents via the app. The system performs an automated legibility scan and signals any obvious errors.
-
2
KYC reviewStep 2
Our review team checks document authenticity, name consistency, and expiry status. This phase typically takes a standard verification window.
-
3
Approval or resubmissionStep 3
You receive a notification—either "verified" or a request to resubmit with corrections. Resubmissions restart the review cycle.
-
4
Account unlockStep 4
Once verified, your account unlocks for deposits, withdrawals, and full access to live football betting, slots, and live-dealer tables.
You can check your verification status in the suyu app under "Account" or "Settings." The status field displays "Pending", "Verified", or "Needs Resubmission". If your account shows "Needs Resubmission", open the notification to see which document failed and why.
Verification & Payment Methods Integration
Once your suyu account is verified, you unlock access to all payment methods. Deposits via e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, and e-wallet proceed instantly—these e-wallets integrate directly with our payment gateway and do not require additional KYC steps. Bank transfers to mobile banking, local payment, online payment, and e-wallet virtual accounts also activate immediately.
Withdrawals, however, route back to the payment method you used for your deposit. If you deposited via mobile banking, your withdrawal returns to your local payment account after a standard review window. Our system cross-checks the withdrawal amount against your account balance and verifies that no disputes are pending before processing.
Verification secures both you and suyu—once your documents clear, every transaction thereafter is tied to a confirmed identity, reducing fraud and protecting your funds.
If you encounter a payment failure during withdrawal, verify that your account status still shows "Verified" in the app. Occasionally, verification lapses if you change your email or password—our system flags such changes for re-verification. Contact our English-speaking support team via live chat if you see a warning.
Common Verification Issues & Solutions
The most frequent cause of resubmission requests is poor image quality—shadows, glare, or partially out-of-frame documents. Before uploading, take a test photo in good lighting, zoom in on the image preview to ensure all text is legible, and reframe if needed.
A second common issue is name mismatch. If your identity document lists "Ahmad Rizki" but your suyu account name is "Ahmad R. Rizki", our system may flag the inconsistency. Update your account name in Settings to match your ID exactly, then resubmit.
Expired documents trigger automatic rejection. Check the expiry date on your ID before uploading—if it has lapsed, apply for a renewal at your local government office and submit the new document to suyu.
If your verification remains pending for longer than a standard review window, or if you receive a rejection without clear reason, open a support ticket via suyu in-app chat or email. Our team will review your submission history and advise on next steps.
